IBM X3650 - Can't reach by lan to the VM with Elastix

Hello

I have a IBM X3650 and install the "Proxmox VE 3.1 64bits" and configure the ip 192.168.100.3 to them. By another PC in the lan, I connect to the console and install Elastix 2.4 64 bits (with CentOS 5.9) and configure with 192.168.100.4. The problem is that I can't ping or connect to this VM.
In the proxmox menu console I tried the bridge option and NAT option and the result is the same. I can't connect to the VM.
What I'm doing wrong?

is it a VM (kvm) or CT (openvz)?
which kind of networking, and settings?
post VMID.conf, and /etc/network/interfaces, at least...
