i40e fails to compile

Hello,

i had problems with the default i40e 1.4.25-k module on proxmox 4.4. So i tried to compile 2.0.19 (stable). I'm using the kernel 4.4.35-2-pve



This needs to be fixed, thanks.

apply this patch and it will work.

This is because we use the Ubuntu kernel with and alternative number schema.
