I install proxmox on debian 12 and if I got to https://**.*.***.**:8006/ I time out

There is a new thread about this twice a week... Login to the Proxmox host console (using SSH or a physical keyboard and display) and show us the output of ip a and cat /etc/network/interfaces.

root@MyVPS:~# ip a

root@MyVPS:~# cat /etc/network/interfaces

# Please do NOT modify this file directly, unless you know what
# you're doing.
#
# If you want to manage parts of the network configuration manually,
# please utilize the 'source' or 'source-directory' directives to do
# so.
# PVE will preserve these directives, but will NOT read its network
# configuration from sourced files, so do not attempt to move any of
# the PVE managed interfaces into external files!

I noticed that you masked your IP in the subject, yet did not in the post. Although it falls under "security through obscurity", you may want to mask it still.

Assuming the SSH works, which would mean that you used the correct IP settings from your provider, the immediate missing part is the "vmbr0" bridge.
I guess that you did not install PVE properly and may want to review/redo your installation steps.

The easy way to check if the software is working, at least locally, is to run (on the PVE host directly): curl -k https://127.0.0.1:8006

Good luck
