Hi there, novice user here, I had a working Windows 10 LTSC VM running under Proxmox with no problems except it was only a 32gb disk size.
I went here and tried to increase it to 64gb by choosing Disk Action -> Resize, and it actually ADDED 64gb more instead of making it 64gb, oops, but now says 96gb

However, when I start the VM again and go into Windows Explorer, the disk is listed still as almost full capacity and just 32gb total size

Not sure how to make it recognize the changes, thanks very much for any help!

Hello!

You need to go to disk manager in windows and extend the partition.
Thank you for getting back to me, I went into the Disk Manager in Windows 10 and it says the 64gb is Unallocated, yet I cannot choose "Extend Volume" because it's greyed out..

I tried formatting it and then not assigning a drive letter thinking that might solve it, but no luck as well sadly

Thanks again for the reply!
