no yet.I'll try to work on this after next proxmox release.

(new openvz feature for next proxmox release are firewall support - openvswitch support - vlan support - dynamic bridge|vlan change for veth)

can you fill a request in proxmox bugzilla (bugzilla.proxmox.com).

We are currently begin to works on proxmox 4, so I think it's the perfect time for this
