Hi all, pretty much exactly what the title says. I have an OpenMediaVault VM setup as follows:
All my harddrives are in pass-thru to the VM with the "scsiblock=1" flag. However, just as the man page for scsiblock warns, with this settting my VM is having alot of I/O issues that immediately go away if I remove the scsiblock flag.
I really would like to use the flag, as it permits the access of SMART data from within the VM but not sure what I need to change in order to prevent the I/O errors.
The man page warns that the I/O errors are the result of low memory or memory that is too fragmented but I dont think thats the case here, 8gb/16gb should be MORE than enough for this VM.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me out?
