I erased some of the interfaces file and now I can't connect to my network.

Pretty much what the title says. I just want it to get a hold of DHCP and work from there.

My file looks like this:

Maybe you are missing bride-fd 0 (compared to https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_default_configuration_using_a_bridge )?
Did you also adjust /etc/hosts? The IP address for your Proxmox host needs to match.
DHCP does not really work on Proxmox unless you install additional software and set it up manually (but I don't know the details).
