i can't restore snapshoot ? can't rollback

You might want to take a look at these two [1] [2] topics about this as well.
The short of it is: If you're using ZFS, you can only roll back to the last snapshot, but you can do this multiple times (or use CLI to do it all at once), but it will destroy all snapshots in-between, so no going back and forth. If you want(ed) to keep the different snapshots and be able to form a snapshot-tree, you'll have to use a different storage-type for the snapshots.

There are two ways, depending on if you wanna keep the snapshots or not.

If you don't want to keep the snapshots:
- Destroy all snapshots that come after the snapshot you wanna roll back to
- Roll back to that snapshot

I can't really recommend that, since if you make an error there is no way to go back.

If you wanna keep the snapshots:
- Clone the VM.
- Destroy all snapshots in that cloned VM, that come after the snapshot you wanna roll back to
- Roll back to that snapshot
