HI, I try of Install the last proxmox in server DL385p G8 but proxmox not recognize the controller Smart Array P420i Controller (v8.32)
I know what happen
some body can help me I need install two server ...

Try installing Debian and then PVE on top of it: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Buster

Yes, some hardware doesn't seem to work with the PVE installer, but in almost all the cases the workaround via Debian works.
