It was online for about 6 hours, then I logged out and I was unable to access it. It is the second time that I format the hd and install the proxmox, and the same problem occurs.

Do you have direct access to the machine? Then it would be interesting to find out what is going on, especially since it is the second time.
Some first tests would be pinging the server and from the server to see if basic networking works.
From your personal machine: can you ping the Proxmox VE server?
