I cannot access to HN via ssh

Suddenly I can not access to HN via ssh.
I can access to the VM via SSH, http and https
I can access to the HN GUI via https
I haven't any firewall
I have denyhost on the HN
I haven't direct access to the machine.
I restarted the server with no success

The error using winscp: Server unexpectedly closed network connection
The error using putty: Empty screen Putty (inactive)
Any tips?

I reset the router, so I get a different IP (I have a dynamic IP address), later I deleted the old IP from etc/host.deny.
