I can not create a virtual image on a new disk ext4

Hi,

I added a new 4TB disc to my proxmox (disk2 - /dev/sdb1).
It recognizes it but I can not create or migrate a virtual image.
The format is in ext4.
Let's see if you can help me.

It recognizes it but I can not create or migrate a virtual image.

For migration you need a other node not a other storage.
In the creation tab you create the vm on the node "pve" and after 3 tabs it will ask you what storage you will use.
