I cam unable to access my proxmox 8.3 server that i just reinstalled from 7

My server was struck by lightning..... Ouch. Since then I have been busy moving and such. I have just powered on my Supermicro X10SDV-12C+-TLN4F system after many months.
After loading the new system I was unable to access the server via any browser except an old Windows 7 Pro OS which had an old version of Firefox. After using it for a couple of hours the old Firefox browser updated and I was unable to access the server after that from any system that I own.

When looking at the "Web Developer Tools" in the latest version of Firefox on my Windows 11 machine this is the 501 error....
I am not a programmer so can anyone tell me what I'm looking at as the issue with viewing my server from this system?
Let me know what else to provide for troubleshooting..... Thank you!

which firefox version is this? I've seen this error on some outdated browser versions recently... You could also try reinstalling pve-manager (apt install --reinstall pve-manager proxmox-widget-toolkit).
 
Thank you for that answer! After many attempts at trying to solve my issue I found another post that suggested that I change my IP address because that IP I had used had been used at another time.. This was the issue....
