We have HPE Synergy with the 3820 10/20GB CNA card connected to the MSA 2050 Storage via FC. LUN Allocated to the Server's . However when we check from the Proxmox console its not finding any FC adapters . Please provide some suggestion .

but when tried

So do you not see 'ens3f3' and 'ens3f2' under network adaptors in the Proxmox console?

Have you fcoe-utils installed? What will
Bash:
fipvlan -u -c -s -d ens3f3
or
Bash:
fipvlan -u -c -s -d ens3f2
say? If that will help connect to fabric then please follow instructions for fcoe-utils package (set up /etc/fcoe/cfg-ens3f2.conf and /etc/fcoe/cfg-ens3f3.conf and call
Bash:
fcoeadm -c ens3f2
fcoeadm -c ens3f3
in post-up /etc/netfork/interfaces file for these ifaces)
