hpe proliant non riconosce boot avviabile

Hi,
I am trying to install a new proxmox server on HPE Proliant. I created both the usb key and the installation dvd, but the server boot does not recognize the system.
I tried on a normal pc and I tried on the server to start a key with w10 and it works.
So I guess the server doesn't want proxmox.
Someone tell me what am I wrong?

If old, try proxmox 7.1 iso

iirc, front usb ports are disabled for boot in bios.
try rear ports

I tried also rear ports. I tried also with dvd.
