Does anyone have any experience with this server and Proxmox VE, it's on offer at the moment and it (on the surface) looks a good candidate for a Home or Testlab server.
I have a ml110 g5 and it works great with proxmox. I got an areca raid controller for the storage bit and upgraded the memory, that's all. In 15 minutes I had it running.
I got one and it seems to work fine just got some kingston Value Ram (4GB) and managed (eventually) to get my 2 Windows 2003 servers and xp machine over to proxmox and it seems to tick along nicely.
