Howto start VM (kvm) by shell

hi all,

i'm looknig hoow to start virtual machine by shell.

i have my server in proxmox 1.3, and i looking for start some virtual machine by shell.
i can't connect to my server bye web only by ssh when i'm at home.

if i have my VM crashed on the week-end i have to go in my office for start it.
