Howto: run qm monitor on start at boot proxmox 3.1

hay guest, I can not speak English well
I'am using promox 3.1
I did the command in "qm monitor" like this:

device_add usb-host,id=myusb,vendorid=0x067b,productid=0x2303

and working... but after the host dies, have to do a manual way to execute the command.
how to execute the command automatically when the computer is on or star at boot ?

Why don't you add that usb device to the configuration file?

usb0: host=067b:2303

I've tried it that way, but usb is not detected by the command. successful just by going to the "qm monitor" and write what I write above command.
there is another solution? I use proxmox 3.1
