How to wake on the shutdown host in the cluster?

My PVE cluster has three hosts.One of hosts was not set "pvenode config set -wakeonlan XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX",and it is not running.
Can wake on this host through other measure？

I just remote access the cluster. And the machines have not IPMI.
