HI,

i use a virtual pbs (running as ct inside of one of my proxmox ve nodes) mounted a external NAS Storage inside this CT and now i want to make pbs use this storage as a backup target.

1. is that possible?
2. how to?

And yes i know i will have to setup a dedicated pbs but i want to test it out.

i added 3 screenshots

Make sure the backup users UID got rights to write to the share.
where do i have to set this up?

at the pbs all permissions are set for acces to the datastore.
i guess i have to add that user to the proxmox ve and grad permissions there for the mount, correct?

How do i find out the UID from the backup-user i created at pbs?
And how do i grant access at proxmx ve?
