How to upgrade PE 7.3.3 OS from 11 to 11.3?

I want to install a Mellanox 10gbe network card,
The driver will not install because the OS is 11, and needs to be 11.3 (tried the --force switch etc... and this revealed missing stuff - as expected I guess).

So I thought I'd upgrade from Debian 11 to 11.3.

What is the best way to do this, and am I likely to face any PE issues?

proxmox should update to the current debian as it uses the original debian repositories for everything except proxmox itself.
