how to totally delete pve on a server

we have deleted pve in our system, but it still working

How was it installed & how did you delete it?

1. You may have some raid disk / ZFS etc. that is still booting PVE.
2. You may have some SD-Card/USB device still attached running PVE.
3. You may not have wiped all partitions on some disk.

You may use specialized single-use-case tools like https://github.com/PartialVolume/shredos.x86_64 to delete/erase every single bit of "old" data on all disks/ssds.
