How to shared a folder from host to guest

Hi
I just migrate my server to the last version of proxmox.

I have 7 virtual machines (2 Windows XP, 3 Windows 7, 2 Windows Server 2008).
Before I start using proxmox, I used Oracle Virtual Machine, I remember there was an easy way to share a folder from my host to the guests.
I have been trying to do that in proxmox, But I don't see any option on the GUI interface. And I don't know the commands for CLI way.

I will like to know the steps for doing this.
