How to set up port so trafick on port X goes to second VM server

Hi

I have a server where I have one VM server at the moment.

If I want redirect trafick that comes on port XX to the second WM server that dosent have a public IP how is this done?

I understand that I also have to do some settings in Cnames etc to get the effect I want.
