How to restore Backup using cml

we encounter problem after we restart our proxmox server we cannot access on web browser also we cannot start running our server,
so how can we restore our server using command line ?


please help me

If you do not have any Linux command line experience, it'll going to be hard. Have you a collegue or some other support contractor? Is it right that you do not have a Proxmox VE support subscription? If not, buy one and get good help while supporting Proxmox VE.

Login via SSH and start your VM's:

qm list
qm start <VMID>
