[SOLVED] How to restore an e-mail after false blacklist action

Hello!

How I can restore an e-mail for user, who false blacklist action an e-mail in his "Daily Spam Report".

It was possible to find e-mail with grep in /var/spool/pmg/cluster/1/spam/4B/1002FB65E72468DAF4B.

How to whitelist and deliver this e-mail to recipient?

This is not easily possible - blacklisting automatically causes the mail to be marked as deleted in the Database - and there is no easy way to restore that...

You can copy that file with scp and send it to the user as eml - would this work?
 
Solution for us was very simple, just click on "Whitelist" in Daily Spam Report e-mail on users computer. However, after "Whitelist" action this e-mail was in whitelist and delivered to the user.

Hi @Stoiko Ivanov, thanks for you answer. How that works? Where I can find that .eml files on the PMG server using SSH?
