How to reset network adapter settings in Proxmoxs

Hello. How to reset network adapter settings in Proxmoxs (Debian 9)? I know that in debian 7 and 8 the file in the file: /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules just delete the contents and the system on the new disc nicely detects the card and everything is flashing. I have a proxmoxs system installed but my computer's main board has been corrupted and I'm forced to move to another device. Is Debian 9 some way to reset network adapter settings? very please help

in Debian9 you have the Predictable Network Interface Names
