How to rate limit for CT (OpenVZ Node)

I see rate limit for KVM and no rate limit on OpenVZ

This Feature it have in Next Release or Future this feature has include ?

I would like this feature too.. I my try to write a patch for this once I'm all setup to rebuild packages. Dietmar any guidance on how you would like this feature implemented?
