How to properly add a ISO file whitout get the "Error 0 occurred while receiving the document"

deployed my first Proxmox server in a Vmware nested environment.
But when I try to add the ISO file, I get the following message: "Error 0 occurred while receiving the document"

I am login with the root user into the Proxmox server version 9.1.1

Any idea, what I have been doing wrong??

where is it? Sorry im just new to use this!

It's in node > System > System Log. You can also use journalctl or journalctl -f to follow it.

Just the ones 5s or so before you started the upload to when the upload stopped.

Maybe i know why this error because my VM keep freezing, sometime ít crash so the web IP couldn't load so its cant upload file
