How to mount a disk to a VM via Proxmox?

I planned something in a different way, To have the VMs and the storage both in the same server. I have installed Proxmox and mounted additional HDD to the server. Can you please guide me how to mount the disks to a VM from Proxmox itself?

Hi,

You have to use nfs or samba to use a host mounted disk in a VM.
Or you can use containers with mount-points.

I already did it in a reall better way by combining LVM and NFS. ThankYou very much
