How to monitor IO/DELAY outside Proxmox via Zabbix?

Hi everyone, is it possible to monitor IO/DELAY via the Proxmox API? I worry that such a thing is not possible for I have reached almost all the endpoints that could give me such info and I still didn't find it. Could it be possible to monitor this via SNMP? Does anyone know the correct OID for this?

The /nodes/{node}/status endpoint returns an object containing the wait statistic, which is the current io/delay as percentage.

if you use an external metrics server, proxmox should send advanced stats for each vm
I think it could be possible to known the delay with number of iops / total_time.
