How to migrate a vm from wmware to next?

Hello, good morning, I have the vm.vmdk file in my proxmox.
I performed the import into the VM, but without success.
I used the following commands but they all didn't work:

#qm importdisk 312 for312.vmdk local-lvm --format raw
# qm rescan
The VM appears error when starting the operating system.

The operating system of the VM is Windows XP.
I'm using proxmox ve 8.2
I tried several ways but without success.
I believe that I have to change some format of the initialization to work correctly in the next
Because the boot method was in vmware.

I have already created the UEFI boot
The problem error still appears when starting the operating system


Can anybody help me?
