how to make VM show Xeon CPU ?

My box is Dell 2950
CPU: Xeon E5410

When I create a KVM machine.
The CPU will show
processor : 1
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
cpu family : 6
model : 2
model name : QEMU Virtual CPU version 0.11.0
stepping : 3


Can I change CPU name to Xeon E540 ?
