How to increase the size of the Datastore?

Good afternoon.
I have a Backup Server on a virtual machine. I have increased the disk size for data and the size in the "Storage/Disk" section shows the correct one. I do not change the size of the Datastore.
Question - how to increase the size of the Datastore?

cli only, on shell.
you need to extend partition to its new size then resize2fs it too.

I increased the partition, but I completely forgot the file system.
