How to increase the current HDD + Adding another

hello
i just success after 6 times of re-installing and formating proxmox on Hetzner

i have 2 x 3 TB HDD but in the control panel its show that i have 1TB only for local

for me i install win 7 as VM
and i will not adding another vm or container so how i can make the remaining capacity to this VM ?
