How to import .ova to new proxmox

I´m wondering how i can import .ova to new proxmox, there are few changes on storeing the disks.

i wanna import this.

OpenFLIXR 1.0.0 – Virtualbox (1.8GB)
OpenFLIXR 1.0.0 – VMWare (Fusion / Workstation / Player / ESXi) (2.2GB)
OpenFLIXR 1.0.0 – Parallels Desktop (1.8GB)
OpenFLIXR 1.0.1 – KVM / unRAID (2.5GB)

Easiest way is to revert to non-lvm-thin-volumed setup:

You can also create a directory-based volume with some space and import the old way with the directory storage.
