I have Proxmox 3.2 and local storage mounted to \var\lib\ssd0
The virtual hdd has the same size that the storage provides and is in RAW format
Today I duplicated some data in my VM, and It occupied almost the whole ssd.
Then I deleted these files and freed my VM disk (Windows is showing 100gb free, 140 occupied)
But Proxmox shows me in storage graphic, that free is only 50, which was true before deleting files.

Please tell me how to free up space in Proxmox storage...

That's probably not directly possible:

If you have raw format the space used on physical disk can be only less than the virtual size when you have a sparsed file, e.g. a huge number of zeros consecutively. If you add files and delete them afterwards it does not mean that all zeros which were there before are rewritten and the file is parsed again.

Try to make "move disk" to qcow2 format and back to raw - maybe it helps (I'm not quite sure, but it's worth a try).
