How to Forward Daily Quarantine Email to Other Users

I have daily quarantine report for user 'sales@domian.net', and i need the email send to 'manager@domain.net' too. How can I forward the Email?
I have tried with BBC object, but it doesn't work.

Since the quarantine information-mails are directly sent from PMG they do not pass through the rule-system.
The Admin report contains a global overview of the number of mails in Quarantine - and is sent to the admin-user of PMG (and can be configured to be sent to other addresses as well)

Since the quarantine information-mails contain which mails got put in quarantine with subject and quite a bit other data I would not sent those to any other mailbox, but the original recipient.
