How to fix it Storage Status cifs unkown (NaN)

Hi All
i got some issue in proxmox when setup cifs samba file sharing, but iam didnt know why this is happen :
here base on this capture :
in storage samba : show unkown status, when click backup/vm disk
and when we check resoruce : Storage status is NaN

maybe someone could you please guide me how to fixing

Hi,

The message in the screenshot provided, says that the storage "SambaBKP" is not online, are you sure the storage is online in your node? do you see any interesting error message in the Syslog/journalctl?

What says the output of pvesm status command?

The shared storage is inactive. Can you please try to umount the CIFS storage and re-mount it again?

yes we try umount and mount, but still issue storage status is not online
we try check dmseg in cifs server show this,. what happened ya

Hello,

The -13 error might be either the credentials are not right or the user does not have access to the file or resource they are trying to access. Please check the permission on the CIFS server side.
