Greetings ProxMox Community,

Im kinda new to Proxmox mail gateway, had prior experience with Symantec Mail gateway, but due to some circumstances and the need of organization, I had to shift towards Proxmox and honestly it's really convenient to work with. Furthermore, I would like to see how can I define a mail filter rule that modifies every email that has link in it. To give some context, this was easily done in SMG and you could do this with just 3 clicks and quarantine all incoming emails with links attached to it, but as for Proxmox, I went through forums and searched it up, and yet to find a solution. Moreover, Is there a method that I can define Sensitive words that spammers usually use in emails to quarantine them? Any help regarding this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks :)

PMG does not support adding matches on the body through the rule system (there are quite a few threads in this forum where the rationale is explained in a bit more detail - but putting it shortly - it usually causes false positives and is seldomly strictly needed for a good spam detection performance - see e.g.:

I can recommend checking our getting started guide (with all linked pages) - as this should give you a good initial setup:

I hope this helps!
