Hi,
I'm really new to proxmox and reading the wiki and some post here I'm really confuse about how to correctly setup permission for containers.
I would like to have in the end something like that:
- I've a secondary disk formatted in ext4 and added to the storages as directory
- inside I've created a folder named data that is mounted on the host in /mnt/pve/data
- inside the data folder I've 3 other folders (namely: folder1, folder2 and folder3)
- I would like to end up with: container 101 that can read all folder but write only folder1, container 102 same but for folder2, container 103 same bu for folder3, container 104 that can read folder1 and write forlde2 and 3, a samba share of the entire data main folder access (RW permission) that I can access from outside proxmox.
Small addition: all folder are already bindmounted to the containers.
Is it possible?
I'm at a loss between all the configuration and I'll really appriciate if someone can help/point me in the right direction.
Kindly,
