I have been playing with proxmox since the weekend and loving it and i think the whoel idea about proxmox is really cool (and this lead to the buying community license).
I used Google chrome web browser to login locally from my home i can login with out problem.
But i am faced with a little problem.. i noticed i am able to login via the local IP (192.168.0.xxx:8006), I install nginx and reverse proxied my home proxmox server through port 80, I then got my dyndns account hooked up to my home proxmox server (through port 80) so i can remotely access it from anywhere.
but when i try to login to access the WebUI through the nginx reverse proxy (i.e pointing to url like proxmox.example.com) it fails and the linux and proxmox authentication realm returns a 401 error (Connection error 401: No ticket).#
I think i am possibly missing a step with this..
Any idea or advice on what is going ?
Cheers
