[SOLVED] How to configure SMTP authentication/submission?

My email server is Zimbra.
I follow the admin guide to configure Proxmox MG 6.2, and email can send from outside to Proxmox MG and then pass to zimbra.

When I use Microsoft outlook outside my company, the original mail setting needs to use SMTP authentication when sending email to other company.

Original firewall setting with port 25 is to zimbra, but I change port 25 to Proxmox MG, so I can get email, but now I can't send email outside company.

How to configure SMTP authentication function on Proxmox MG?

PMG is not meant to relay mails directly from users - it should get the mails from your zimbra server and then relay them to the outside - see:

I think what you want is to expose port 587 (smtp+tls+smtpauth) of your zimbra install to your users (via VPN)
