How to apply third party clamav signatures on proxmoxmailgateway

I want to apply a custom file in clamav with proxmox mailgateway 7.1-4. like sanesecurity.
If I want to apply such a third party clamav custom file, is it possible to configure it from the proxmox mailgateway gui configuration screen?

I am looking for a way to increase the detection rate with clamav and would be very happy to hear if there is anything else that needs to be done.

It's possible, but not from the GUI - you need to adapt the freshclam.conf.in template - as described in the reference documentation:
