How to add PTR to a CT

I'd like to ask how to add a PTR record to a container. I can't seem to find any documentation about it.

Are you referring to the dns ptr record? If so, add it in your dns server. This is not a virtualization problem.

Should i add a PTR record in the host or in the guest? Since this is the first time i do this task so not sure how to do.

I notice other VPS provider allows me to set rDNS record for my VPS, IT works, but when i check DNS record of the VPS, i can't find the PTR record.

Proxmox is a hypervisor, not a all-in-one-hosting-platform. DNS is done in a DNS server, not in Proxmox directly (there is no dns server in proxmox), so you need to set up your own dns server.

If this is a SOHO solution, then add the machine in your router. There is probably an interface for that.
