How to access http://localhost on Proxmox VM from a physical PC on same network

Hi ladies and gents,

I have AutoGPT running on a Windows 10 Proxmox VM (lets call this AutoGPT Win10 VM). I can access this AutoGPT interface via URL: http://localhost:3000. What I'm trying to accomplish is to access the AutoGPT web interface on the AutoGPT Win10 VM from any physical PC on the same home WiFi network. (Goal to have my wife play with the GPT from her personal laptop browser).
