How i configure 2 subnets on one interface can access together in Proxmox server

I'm newbie and i just install proxmox on my server.
i have a network model like this :


What will i do to all client (192.168.1.x) can access to all server with subnet (192.168.10.1 & 192.168.20.1) and reverse
My server, there is only one interface (eth0)

Simply use 192.168.1.2 as gateway inside guests.
