How do I replace a hard drive with another one of a different size in a RAIDZ array?

I'm moving my PVE node from a newer computer to an older computer. The problem is that I've a strange setup with a 500 GB M.2 SSD and 2 500 GB hard drives, and my older computer hasn't got any M.2 slots. As I already have another disk (which is 1000 GB), I see no need in an expansion card with a M.2 slot.

So, the question is: how do I replace my 500 GB disk with a 1000 GB disk?

P.S. This array was created during PVE (re-)installation.

P.P.S. zpool status rpool outputs:
Code:
