how do i put the 10Gb card without losing the proxmox interface?

Good I need help, I have put a 10Gb card and I have it connected to the 10Gb switch but it turns out that I have to make a bridge of eno1 to go out to the internet. I put you in context.
I have this type of network


The problem is the following the windows server virtual machine does not come out with 10Gb, it comes out with 1Gb, I have mapped the PCI ports but then I lose the proxmox interface.
Now I have it like this


I try to create another network but the 10Gb network does not work


Any solution to make windows server come out with 10Gb?

Please try using VirtIO instead.Intel E1000 only supports up to 1Gbps.If the driver is not installed, the NIC may not be recognized.
