With smartctl checking enabled on my hosts the system log in the GUI becomes almost unusable with message from pam_unix about the smartctl basically taking over:
I've seem plenty of search results on how to prevent the messages for a user, but not for a command/process.
Does anyone know how I can stop these for just smartctl? I don't want to block other alerts just these ones.
